Start with a scan at a nearby dental clinic or send an accepted STL file. Aelio reviews the fit data, confirms customization direction, then guides production.
How do I order a night guard?
Find a dentist or scan center, complete an intraoral scan, and send the scan details to Aelio. Customers with jaw pain or persistent grinding should speak with a dental professional before relying on a guard.
Can I order smile jewelry from a reference photo?
Yes. Send the reference photo, desired tooth placement, finish, stones, and design direction. Aelio can recommend a practical product path.
Can teams order together?
Yes. Team orders can include colors, names, numbers, logos, and repeatable scan records when athletes scan through a clinic or provide accepted digital files.
What contact method is fastest?
WhatsApp is best for quick references and order questions. Email is best for files, partner briefs, STL uploads, and longer production notes.

What file format is best?
STL is the easiest format to review. If your clinic exports another format, send the file name and screenshots first so Aelio can confirm whether it is usable.
Can I order without a home impression?
Yes. A clinic scan is the recommended path because it avoids messy home trays and provides cleaner digital data for review.
What should I ask the clinic?
Ask whether they provide intraoral scans, digital dental impressions, STL exports, custom mouthguard scans, or night guard scan appointments.
What if the scan is incomplete?
Aelio will flag obvious issues. The customer may need a new scan if key tooth surfaces, arches, or bite information are missing.
Can Aelio work with an orthodontic scan?
Often yes, but it depends on the file quality, arch completeness, and product type. Send the file for review before assuming it is production ready.
Is a scan enough for all products?
Most custom-fit products need scan data, but visual products also need style direction, placement notes, finish selection, and design guidance.

Do night guards stop teeth grinding?
A night guard mainly helps protect teeth from grinding or clenching wear. It does not diagnose or cure the cause of bruxism. Customers with pain, jaw symptoms, or ongoing grinding should speak with a dentist.
How should I clean a guard?
Rinse after use, brush gently with mild soap or a non-abrasive cleaner, let it dry fully, and store it in a ventilated case. Avoid hot water unless Aelio gives product-specific instructions.
What if the fit feels too tight?
Stop forcing the product. Send photos, fit notes, and scan/order details to Aelio support. A dental professional may also need to check the fit.
How long does a guard last?
Longevity depends on product type, grinding intensity, sport use, cleaning habits, and storage. Heavy wear, cracks, odor, or fit changes are reasons to request review or replacement.
Can I reorder from a saved file?
Often yes, if the original file is still accurate and the customer’s teeth have not changed. New dental work, orthodontic movement, or bite changes may require a fresh scan.
Can I wear smile jewelry every day?
That depends on the product design and dental condition. Customers should follow Aelio care guidance and consult a dental professional if irritation, looseness, or discomfort occurs.
