FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Getting started

No. You can start with a single case and scale up at your own pace. There is no minimum order across our orthodontic appliance, aligner, implant, or lab restoration lines.

For most cases, an intraoral scan (STL) or a physical model/impression is enough. For appliances, include the prescription and any wax-bite or design notes. We'll guide you through file submission when you start.

Yes. Private labeling is core to what we do. Your logo, packaging, patient materials, and even a branded ordering portal are all available depending on the partnership tier.

Manufacturing & quality

Typical turnaround is 4–5 working days from an approved plan or design, though it varies by product and order size. We confirm timelines with each order.

Appliances use orthodontic-grade acrylics, stainless wire, and expansion screws; aligners use medical-grade multilayer film; implants are Grade-4 titanium; restorations span zirconia, e.max, and biocompatible alloys.

We manufacture under recognized quality management systems and can provide documentation support for your target markets. Documentation support is confirmed according to the requirements of each target market.

Working together

You do. We prepare digital setups and appliance designs, but nothing is produced until you review and approve. Every clinical decision stays with the provider.

Yes. We ship to partners in many countries and can box products under your brand for direct delivery to you or your clinics. Served regions are confirmed during project onboarding.

Use Instagram, Facebook, email, or WhatsApp to share your products, volume, and target markets. We'll prepare a proposal tailored to your needs. Pricing depends on product line, materials, and order size.
